1930s woman

Hi Gals,
I want to apologize for the lack of posting, but I've been real busy here with my family, and preparing for an upcoming wedding we will be attending. So, I'll leave you with a pic of my newly love affair with the 1930s  day dress.

Wearing:
1930s dress and lovin' it!

love,
Jacqueline

  3. Hi Jaqueline! I love the dress..and the hair. The 30's suit you well. I understand the lack of blogging for I've been away for some time and am now slowly getting back to it. Enjoy the wedding! xo

  4. Generally I veer away from (wearing) the 20s and 30s, because I find most of the styles from those decades look terrible on my petite, curvy figure, but then I see a beautiful 30s frock like this - with the kind of floral print I always swoon over - and I suddenly have to fight the urge to buy a dress from that decade on the spot.

You look marvelous, dear gal, thanks so much for sharing this fantastic dress with us.

  5. Ooooh, I always love seeing this side of 30's style, there was something so lovely and easy about daydress from that decade. (The 30's just don't get enouph lovin'!) I really love how you've styled your hair, you look like a movie star from that era.
